if a player loses confidence in your abillity, do they ever get it back or is that it? and what can i do about it? lost a couple of games and thats it. should i sell and getg new players in, or could they regain the confidence in me?

in my everton game, first season, i cannot buy a win away from homne. my home record is won 7, drawn 1 (against arsenal), lost 1 (*against man city). but away from home i have won 0, drawn 1, lost 8. i was beaten by blackburn and fulham by late goals, stoke, chelsea and liverpool hammered me...

i know it used to be possible in previous games, but an you get your assistant manager to take control of friendlies, i find them boring to manage, but obviously you need them to get your players fitness up. If this can be done, then how do you do it? thanks in advance!

i am bayern munich. i dont get this. i am looking at my finances screen, says profit last month was 34.49 million but overall loss was 12.37m. How does this happen? and what can i do to change this. dont want to be in a loss at the end of the season.

if a player has been rejected for a work permit, but u sign him (playing prem league) and then he starts playing for his country, how do u reapply for a work permit for that player? just signed some1 for 30 mil and not been able to play him due to work permit problems.
