If I have no config file then what do I do?

Right the config folder should be where in the graphics folder? I have looked in every folder in sports interactive and there is no such folder entitled config? Yes the folders our saved in "my documents, fm manager, graphics". I have doen this before with 08/09/10 and never had these problems...

I am not sure what that update is ( pressuming lfc stands for Liverpool...) but I installed the game using steam which said it would obviously include all available updates, so could it have updated it with this? Going through other teams in the league they all seems to be having the same...

I ticked skin cache, assuming that disables all downloads? and it still didn't work. I think I should try deleting other things on the computer and if that fails do you reckon uninstalling then re-installing the game completely would work?
