on my fm i am using a custom database and it works ok, but if i use two managers it seems to crash dump a lot.... but when i have just 1 manager it crash dumps not as much . a few words may help

on my settings i do all things i am supose to do to make my asistant make sure he offers my players contracts but he never does it, he doent even do youth players. i have to make them sign contracts all the time this doesnot bother me but wanted to know if that happens to any1 else or does any 1...

i have done a lot of editing to my data such as i have my own divsions (3 may turn to 4) all have custom teams in with edited kits and badges all/most have there own stadium and most have custom players and staff, there is also agents and and media what has been made to make it better there are...
