I really need help with Southampton tactics. I have no new players brought in. Can anyone recommend me a pre-made tactic on FM-Base or suggest which formation should I use and some help? This is the first time I am managing such a lower half team. Thanks.

That is EXACTLY what I did. I told him to step up or he's getting transfer listed. And he actually improved. I still concede goals but now I have started to rotate tactics and it's working out well. Thanks TheBetterHalf :)
