You can't add a Nation in the editor, the closest you can get is to edit one of the historical nations.

Ok, so I'm inserting a club from one country into another country's league system (same sort of deal as Swansea), how do I ensure that regens will take the first country's nationality (e.g. for Swansea, regens take Welsh nationality)?
