My last save has been a save with Atalanta. First season, no signings. The objective of the team was to qualify for Europa League.
For that, I designed a tactic that recreated Gasperini´s idea. This tactic lined in an extremely wide 3-4-1-2, with two really offensive wing backs giving width. The tactics main goal is to create overloads in the flanks, with the centre-backs joining the attack and the strikers also moving to the channels.
The tactic has been a huge goal machine. We´ve been the most goalscoring team, the best defence, and the 3rd in possession. We beat the record of wins (36) and points (109) in a Serie A season, with only one loss, against Spezia.
We were eliminated in both cups, by Milan and by Barcelona.
