I have been using this tactics with Arsenal on a Lan game with 2 friends.
It's been a very good tactic, won CL first season & PL second season with Arsenal.
Against 1 friend, who is using strikerless formation I have lost all my matches against him, do you have any anti-strikerless tactics?
 
3-4-3L is working wonders for me.. Great wokr again zero sea, perfect tactic just like it was on FM14

WOW OH WOW, can i just say thank you very much for sharing this amazing set of tactics!

People like you who take so much time to tweak tactics to almost perfection and then share them with so much detail is what can get people playing Football Manager with enjoyment again.


I have the V2 343L, V2 4411L & V2 442L all set up for my tactics training.

I noticed somebody earlier on in this thread mentioned using a 4411 or 442 against teams with AMR or AML.
This i have taken on.
I use the 343L in most games. But if im playing a team with either AMR AML or 2 strikers i switch to 4411.
If the team has either 3.5 or 4 stars i use the 442.

Its obviously early on, but just looking at the pre season and the shear amount of goals scored is amazing.
My team isnt exactly the best team in the league and i have alot of young players too so id say im doing very well.

Although i have played a couple of the "weaker" sides in my opening 5 games, you will all know them games are still hard aswell.
The amount of times youve gone on a run and its all come to an abrupt end because youve lost to the team whos bottom has happened far too often in this game haha. So consistency is building at the moment.
Should have been in bed over 2 hours ago but im so awake and cant turn it off.

Had a couple of slip ups and nearly slipped up a few more times cause i kept changing formations for certain games.
I now just stick with 3-4-3L every game and no OI.

Ive just qualified from champs league 4-2-0.

Just beaten man city 5-1 away and chelsea 4-1 at home.
Sitting top of the league after 15 games by 1 point with a game in hand.
Thoroughly enjoying this tactic.
