hahah, so very true... whats your "neutral/objective" opinion how Argentina play ?

Well, finally we switched to my beloved 4-2-3-1, and it works - even if the 1 upfront missed a lot of chances today, at least he had them. Messi playing as an enganche was pretty good, too, with Gago as the passer and Masche as the destroyer. Di María is by far and away better playing wide than Tevez or Lavezzi, and Agüero played well in every match he played out wide, so I'm glad he got his chance, and he took it with both hands.

All in all I'm satisfied. Our best performance under Batista, and hopefully he sticks to this formation.

PS. Romero is class.
 
I've never liked Gago but he was good when he came on last game and his passing was not bad yesterday, either. His defensive game is not as good as Cambiasso's, though. I do, however, understand that he hasn't played much for the better part of three years or so, so he may just be 'rusty'.
 
Is anyone else watching this interesting yet insane match between Brazil and Ecuador? 3-2 to the Brazillians, but it won't stay that way!
 
Brazil 3-2 Ecuador.. Was watching United, turned over to this in time to see Caicedo's equalizer and Pato's second.
Caicedo seems to be a proper striker. Knows where the net is, strong, quick, both feet too. City don't know what they've got with him.

Can't see this game staying like this tbh, very open game from what I've seen.

Neymar's goal any good? Didn't see it, seen all the other goals though..
