Mean it as in, give them something different to worry about. At the moment, they know that England are trying to slip Welbeck/Sturridge in, so they're playing deep to stop it. Wickham comes on, if they step up too high Sinclair/Cleverley/Albrighton could hurt them, if they stay deep, Wickham could hurt them aerially from crosses.

Im watching the double pivot, and both of them push up when the centre backs are on the ball, one should be dropping back and providing the option
