No OIs. Individual training to AssMan. Corners and Throw-ins whatever you want (I haven't found any that work great yet). Works with big and small teams.

i try to find a tactic for a very low club, promoted once, then got relegated.
Defence is ****, atack is ****..nothing works

I played full games with Swansea and I used Instant Result for Brentford and Barca. Worked both ways.

I like it, it's my favorite formation with 2 up top and 2 wide midfielders. Very balanced.

I was on a bit of a loosing streak with Cambridge so I decided to plug this tactic in and the first game I won 3-1 against York away. Remarkable considering I haven't even won a game in 5 games or so. I'll post results at the end of the season.
