Weird. As succesfull as this tactic was the first season, as unsuccesfull is it the second season. Sure, the opponents learn how to play against your tactic but it's a bit too big of a difference i think. I've been trying to swap to another tactic but when I switch back it's still problems with my first one. Too bad since it was working fantastically for me.

A couple of questions:
Is this patch 11.3?
Are you testing the tactic by going on holiday (*** man manages the team)?
I ask this because I've been testing the Devasto tactic pack (using the Defensive) for Weston-Super-Mare in the BSS by going on holiday.
I'm currently 11th after 20 games, just had a massive losing streak.....
Do you think going on holiday is a good way to test the tactic? My Weston super Mare team were 3rd in the BSS, now they are 17th, lost 11 out of the last 12 games.
Do you use OI during the match? WHat about your match prep?

i dont think holidaying is a good idea as your *** man got different methods & will change the formation if loosing. oi's never use them match pet let my *** man do it
for team talks i do this
Before match:
I individually say that "I have faith in your ability" to each player. If the option "you expect him to pick up where he left off last time" is available I choose that instead.
Half time:
Half time teamtalks I choose individually for each player.
6.4 or below - "Disappointed"
6.5 - 7.3 - "I have faith in your ability"
7.4 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above "Delighted"
End of match:
I usually say "tell the lads they have done well" or "let them know the performance was sensational" if the team have played well. I also use individual team talk if a player have played very well or very poor.
6.5 or below - "Disappointed"
6.6 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above - "Delighted"
The main thing is to try and stay positive, but still let players know when they´re not performing to your expectations.
