for team talks i do this


Before match:

I individually say that "I have faith in your ability" to each player. If the option "you expect him to pick up where he left off last time" is available I choose that instead.



Half time:

Half time teamtalks I choose individually for each player.

6.4 or below - "Disappointed"
6.5 - 7.3 - "I have faith in your ability"
7.4 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above "Delighted"


End of match:

I usually say "tell the lads they have done well" or "let them know the performance was sensational" if the team have played well. I also use individual team talk if a player have played very well or very poor.

6.5 or below - "Disappointed"
6.6 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above - "Delighted"


The main thing is to try and stay positive, but still let players know when they´re not performing to your expectations.

THanks for the help. Just on a side note, have you tried that tactic pack (devasto offensive, standard, defensive)? If so, how was it?

I'm in my 3rd season with Weston super Mare, i really want to get promotion.
 
Im confused, which striker is the finisher, and which one is the finalizer?? Which MC should be more creative and which one more defensive?? Thanks in advance.
 
I've been away a bit 'of time because of college and I found this version that seems to promise great things ...I want to say thanks to my friend zizou for these changes!!!

I will do everything possible to try it as soon as possible and post it in the main post

and remember that "il devasto""is the only way to pave the opponents... BEWARE OF IMITATIONS!!!

Hi Zizou, do you think this would work with a lower league team?
 
I want to give a try to this tactic in 11.3 patch but I don't know wich version is supose to be the best =(

i'm so confused..there's so many variations to this tactic that i dont know which one to pick..
i have to say tho, that i'm not impressed with the 11.3 testpalermo.. i started using the 11.2 devasto man u, with fiorentina..i created a lot of chances but not a lot of goals..and usually at the end of the game the opponent would score one on me (but i think it was due to my poor strikers finishing)..in the second season i set my board expectations to competing for the title (or something like that), because i saw so many promises with that tactics that i thought i would win the league (and also i was undefeated since i started using the devasto tactics..

after 5-6 games tho, i decided to change my tactic to devasto 11.3 testpalermo (because people here said that it was more balanced)..unfortunately i didnt have time to fully test it because after 6 games i got sacked (for no reason in my opinion, i was 6th in the league, but with only 4 points behind the 1st place)..the difference that i saw between this new one and the last is that in some games i would get crushed by the opponent..

luckily after few weeks i got a job at ac milan (awesome)..now im in my 3 game 2 losses and 1 win..my players still are not used to the new tactic (it say they feel awkward), maybe because i dont really have the right players for it..i need 2 wingers and 2 fullbacks..

so now i dont know, should i stick with the 11.3 test or go for another one..i didnt noticed that the opponents score more goals with the new tactic..
 
The only problem about this tactic is that it concedes too many counter attacks... Anything that can be done to avoid?

not too bad .. (D-Home, W-Away , and i'm PSG, zizou's version with corner abuse)

well, my advice is to buy as good as possible GK (reflex, one on one, handling) and fast defenders (acc, pace > 14)

it is specific corner routine (corners aimed to near post)

GK - default
fullbacks - stay back
best header - attack near post
rest - lurk outside area

Right legged on Left corner, Left legged on Right corner
