Tested zizou's tactic with Schalke- after 12 matches I'm last in table. Terrible tactic.

I sold him during the january transfer window last season... I'm currently in 2013/2014. He was playing well, but not as well as expected. Then he requested a transfer and I sold him to sunderland for about 12 M.

I play Suarez and Paulo Henrique Ganso as strikers. If you start training Ganso as a striker he becomes one of the best, even better than some top natural strikers. He scores and assists for fun. Awesome.

This tactic is completely insane :D i love it. playing as arsenal and destroying almost everyone, League cup won, semis of the fa cup, 1/4's of the champions league and 14 points clear at the top of the league with 8 games to go. i did tweak it slightly so both midfielders have the same individual tactics as the defensive role didnt suit either fabregas or wilshere and it still works a dream. fantastic stuff.
 
here a beta verison of the tactic what ive come up with. its modern not classic.

left striker is the goal getter.
ive been toying with the idea of playmaker so the mid center is th playmaker but if you thin it's better with out it let me know.


team talks

Before match:

I individually say that "I have faith in your ability" to each player. If the option "you expect him to pick up where he left off last time" is available I choose that instead.


Half time:

Half time teamtalks I choose individually for each player.

6.4 or below - "Disappointed"
6.5 - 7.3 - "I have faith in your ability"
7.4 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above "Delighted"


End of match:

I usually say "tell the lads they have done well" or "let them know the performance was sensational" if the team have played well. I also use individual team talk if a player have played very well or very poor.

6.5 or below - "Disappointed"
6.6 - 7.7 - "Pleased"
7.8 and above - "Delighted"


The main thing is to try and stay positive, but still let players know when they´re not performing to your expectations.

guys we need to test zizou's version on weaker team ..
i think big teams will not have problems at all with the tactic .. but weaker teams suffers a lot ..
i tested zizou's tactic with my current save of Harrogate town .. and the team adapted the formation but still not scoring as the real devasto and conceding a lot !!
i hope that the original maker of devasto gives us a new tweak for his briliant work .
