I'm using something similar myself in my unemployment challenge since highly structured formations seem to work really well with not so good players. Very nice tactic!
Do you use any other player instructions?

no, no specific player instructions, besides those that come with the assigned roles :)
 
I had a problem downloading it.. but i have just copied the tactics from the OP and i hope this works.
