442 is NOT DEAD

Not had much time to play over the last 3 days or so, but here is a quick update!

After a very successful season with Barcelona using this tactic (will upload screenshots if people still want to see), I moved to Chelsea! I wouldn't have minded staying with Barca but I literally won everything in one season and the transfer money Chelsea were offering me was a massive pull. Plus, they hadn't won the league for ages and were in the europa league so I thought it might be a good challenge for rebuilding. Also, used this tactic with Spain and won the European Championship, beating a strong Portuguese, Dutch and Belgian side along the way!

I did notice with Spain that although I was still battering teams it was a bit under powered compared to before the last patch update. Has anyone else noticed this? It could just be because I was using it with a national team...

Quick question: How are people getting on with the new 442 tactics? Are they better than the original?

Im not finding much difference at all since new patch
In the zip is the original 442, the only change is the set peices and the away version is more stable (I Hope)
 
I've still not updated the game thank god...always play in offline mode...Clark from the zip file which is ur favourite tactic??

Wish i did this! Completely forgot and also didn't expect there to be another patch. TBF it might just be the adjustment period of coming to a new club. Had about 8 players in and 8 players out, tactic isn't 100% fluid yet, team probably aren't working as a cohesive unit yet and the defence I've inherited at Chelsea is shockingly average :(

So I think I experienced this at Southampton...I had an absolutely blistering start with a team of average players and then hit a mahoussive speed bump...so much so I nearly rage-quit...but I persisted and finished 8th! Anyway I've downloaded the zip folder and thinking of giving Clark's (if that's his name,ha) other tactics a whirl although the 442 was that good for me...I'm in a pickle!?!
 
Thks very much for the scree. You play with witch mentality? Attack? Counter? Control? Fluid? Strict?
do you think with a bad team who fight ta save it in a lower ligue, and without a lot Of players to change, ils better to change much higher tempo for higher or éliminante close down more? If my players are bad in phyisc, how do this tactic without be tired and injuried lesionaded. Thks and sorry for my english

Just keep players as fit as possible is my best recommendation

The 442 is the obvious fav, but i like and just gonna start my self the 523 one (as i not tested it fully yet) might stick with man u for the test. At the mo im getting so frustrated with the amount of injuries on the game.
Started on save with 28 players after transfers by the time season started barely had 15 players fit!!!!

Ha, defo mate...it's like Christmas (when I was younger...obviously!) I just don't know which toy to play with first?? Watching the United game first...then need to finish pre-season...

think I'm actually favouring a mixture of your tactics...something like...442 H at home...4141 A away and maybe throw the 41221 into the mix too??

Which one were you using when you said it was 4321? When you originally said dredd 2.0 because didn't you score like 100 goals in 15 games with that?

What was going to be the Dredd 2.0 is now the Version 3 - 4123 Formation
