Is there a reason why Fabio Capello isn't selecting Joe Cole ? Isn't he clearly the only decent option available????
 
Joe Cole has not played much for Chelsea but was class in the Japan friendly so I think Capello should try him out
 
I thought Lennon was terrible too, he couldn't get any crosses in, he didn't run at the defenders. Barry can play left wing btw, and cut in a bit so Cole can go wider :S

Fact is we need to play to our strengths, which for me means a narrow formation with no wingers.

or a wide formation with direct attackers, rather than crossers (Cole, Milner, **** even walcott post world cup once he learns that he is in fact a striker and not a winger). our wingers cant cross, yet the 4-4-2 depends on quality wide players, so why persist playing it?
