Believe me. this is the best tactic i've ever found after 2-3 days looking in this site lol

Thanks for your kind feedback. I've done some more tweaking, but the only change I've stayed with is removing the get stuck in instruction. However, move into channels traits for front 4 and beats the offside trap for striker. Play one twos on all offensive players seems to create some lovely plays.

Hi mate, the only change from original tactic is removing the 'get stuck in' instruction as the number of yellow cards was crazy! Good luck

Hi @Bojinov. I generally train the players in their positions and put them on double intensity (if they're under 26). Traits are important, but I'm definitely not a specialist when it comes to training so there's likely more effective way to get some more from your players.
