I'll give them top loyalty stat and make teams their favourite also could add team mates as favourites only problem will be getting rid of them when their over 23

You don't need to do the like their team-mates thing, the others should be enough :) When they're over 23, I guess I can fiddle about on FMRTE :)

I am looking for the old European Cups. I would like to have the cups like this:

Champions League:
The National champions
+ CL-Quarter-finalists + UEFA-Cup-semi Finalists of the year befor
but the modus should be the same like now (groups and than play-offs)

Cup Winners Cup:
Winners of the national cups

UEFA-Cup (Euroleague):
The rest of all qualified teams for the UEFA-Cup

and - complete new
UEFA-Second League cup:
including the best teams (promoted teams) of the second leagues in europe, perhaps 64 at all... Play-Off-modus from the beginning

Is it able to make such changes???

Unfortunately this isnt possible on FM10, you cant edit/create Competitions between nations without serious errors and Play-offs before group stages is also not possible. We are hopeful that FM11 will allow this freedom.

Why dont you check Custom Db for a European super League or try World Leagues + Regional Continental Comps (Done by Me) which includes a European Club Competition involving 64 of the best Euro Teams.
