why does messi have holds up ball? i have seen a few barca tactics and they all seem to have it, what is the benefit?

why is it when i place the tactic where it should be and i want to use it i get a error "Could not load file" am i doing something wrong, im placing the file in C:\Users\Dna\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\Tactics

i should say i get the key for the full version on monday, im using the beta for now.
 
It doesn't work anymore for fm 2013 it seems, anyone any luck getting this to work for fm 2013?

I started building my team and training ppm's with this tactick in mind so I'd rather not have to change everything
