Hey Raiken, just wondering if you had any suggestions for the PPM's of players for this tactic yet? I know you been busy tho...
 
Hi Raikan007 I have been playing FM without having to download tactics since its first ever release. I am good at creating my own for the players that i have & got successful over the years. I decided to give yours a try & i must say i learnt a great deal from the experience. I tested it at France with Olympique de Marseille on patch 12.0.4. I used the default squad for my first season, lost André Ayew to Arsenal after a few days in charge because of his min release clause. I went on to win the league by a 13pts gap, just 3 shy of Olympique Lyonnais record of 84pts in a season. Not so lucky in the cups as i wanted to rest my players for the big games. I managed to top my Champions League group which had Bayern. Lost the 1st knockout round to Benfica, i could not beat them in any of the two legs after doing so well in the group stages.

The one concern that i do have is though i tend to dominate games by stats, my shots on target are always very low & do not seem realistic for me. There are games when i get 20-30 shots at goal yet on only 2-3 are on target, it seems strange to me at times, could just be my players having a bad game im not so sure. As a result, though i do not loose a lot, the draws are too many for my liking. But its still worth using
 
After completely destroying the Italian league with Juventus for 3 seasons, I've left and joined Liverpool.

In my final season I ended with 104 points (33W, 5D, 0L) and also won the Champions League, beating United who had won it twice in a row in the previous seasons. I was offered the Liverpool job the day before the Final, I delayed the decision and resigned the day after the final and joined Liverpool.

Well update how I go with them. Won my first game 3-0 against Burnley.
 
if a tactic works well and has a style of play , i dont see why it wont work for most patches.

Dlf - drops deep, plays one two's, killer balls
Poacher - attack through centre, rounds keeper, places shots, beats offside trap

mids - killer balls, dictate tempo
wingers - knock balls past opponent
 
After having great success with this tactic at Southampton I decided to give it a go with a lower Prem side so went Norwich. I've bought Alberto Bueno (£1.5m) Fernando Meira (free) Alberto Medina (£725k) and Leandro Gioda (£95k).
1st league game I'm away to Man City and manage a 1-1 draw (H) but the 2nd game is what this tactic is all about........

Going to give this a go with Arsenal, they seem like they have players to suit this tactic quite well ;)

P.S Has anyone tried this on the latest patch? I know no ME changes were included but I've seen a lot of people complaining already about how some tactics have all the sudden become useless..
 
Is it just me or is does this tactic make you concede **** loads of goals. I am Spurs and in 2 games have conceded 5 goals against Norwich and Legia Warsaw..

This is on current patch btw.

That is a sick result, really sick! Just cant get this one to work, have tried it out with Blackpool, Hull and now Tottenham. Having no sucess at all?!!
