They are foreign because of those caps (if they are full caps) if youth, they don't take up an international spot.

Hey guys, I made 3/4 mistakes on the transfers, so I sent pm's and emails clearing them up, sorry to disappoint those who's players were confirmed and then found out that they can't have them, truly my fault. Hopefully this will all be fixed by morning, cheers!

Btw, in the Aztecs announcement I couldn't help but notice that there were 11 foreigners. Is that a mistake or does one of them have dual Nationality?

I have also noticed two retired players: Carlos Bocanegra (retiring) and Giovanni Hernandez (no longer in game). Considering you can't offer contracts to these players ig, how is that going to work (and how is it fair for others??) I also just checked, none of kenrry's foreigners have dual US nationality, so he is one over.
