Hey Raikan, just wondering, do you change the Role for Chica when you play him, or leave him as Tranquista (excuse spelling) ? and also, when you first start your FM game, which database do you use? cos i cant seem to find sum of the younsters and other players you suggested to bring in.

get Vidic to start tutoring Smalling, get Ferdinand to tutor Toloi to start and then reverse the process :) yeah, get O'Shea to tutor Hodson :)

get Vidic to start tutoring Smalling, get Ferdinand to tutor Toloi to start and then reverse the process :) yeah, get O'Shea to tutor Hodson :)
 
Cheers thnx dude, cos i couldnt for the life of me understand why i wasnt finding these guys. oh just for interest sake, do you use any OI, Match Prep, Touchshouts, etc for any of these two tactics?

ive been using ur tactics and my man utd won 11 game straight in the prem league.. 0 defeats =)
only lost the community shield to chelsea..

however, hernandez isnt really playing that well for me, so i managed to snap up hulk for 9mil and giuseppe rossi for a 1 to 1 exchange with obertan.
how would u suggest me tweaking the formation? should i sell off berbatov?
and also, what roles do u play hargreaves and fletcher?

im new to the forums n i loveee your guides n player recommendations!

thats great mate :) those are two great deals you got there... just remember, this is Chicho's 1st season at United hey.... he needs time to adapt and settle and if you are using the tactics that has the Stl role set as Treq for Berbatov, you need to tweak that to Poacher and then the Personal instructions to go along with it :)

I played Berbie 1st season and he did well, gave him a chance but he did not perform so sold him late August :)

Hargreaves - Deep lying playmaker
Fletcher - Ball winning mid - Support/defend

i did tweak hernandez according to your guides poacher etc..
perhaps im a bit impatient lol... but since ive already got the other 2 lads =/
and berbatov is still doing very well for me!

oh and btw, does the latest patch increases hernandez's stats. cuz i have not updated the patches

have bought a few young players which u suggested and r tutoring them. i guess i wouldnt need anyone else to strengthen the team at this juncture? have bought akinfeev too!
 
The patch won't update your current players stats, you would have to start a new game using the updated patch to experience the changes.

Had my first ever unbeaten season, averaging 2.97 goals a game and conceding just 0.5 a game.

Any suggestions for improvement? A few regens in the squad that I'll upload later. I'm thinking of getting a CB to replace the ageing Vidic, and possibly M'Vila to replace Fletcher.

I particularly like Butcher and Cole. :) Took a punt on Butcher and took him to the Euro's with my England team. He scores two and assists two on his debut! :wub:

Is Ingram good enough to step in for Fletcher? Or shall I snap up M'Vila hmm.

Also, any suggestions of young Rooney-esque strikers, with similar potential to him, Raikan?? He's getting on, and I want a creative striker to replace him. Or shall I go on the hunt for a regen? ;)

EDIT: Do I go for the Spain international job or Italy? Leaning towards Italy to improve scouting knowledge.

hi raiks slightly off topic but you are the god of all player info bezemema has just been listed 7.5m is he worth snappin up and would he fit i n ur tactic?

i always had a lot of shots, but very few of them are on target..
how do i fix this?
 
Try slowing down the tempo at which you play, hurrying them may cause them to rush their shots and make sure people with low composure and low long shots are set to 'rarely' in the long shot option.
