In my save i offered 13m + anderson for fellaini. rejected then they put him up for 25m?
 
I signed Wanyama for 13M as I'd need a "fighter" in the central area. I spent the rest of the money for youngsters.
so, I am currently having Wanyama, Carrick, Fletcher, Anderson, Giggs, and Cleverley who could play as CM. however, I usually put Giggs and Cleverley as winger in 4-2-3-1 as they suit my possession tactic better than Young/Nani/Valencia. So, I have 4 players for rotation.
