Another International Challenge

Similar to messi's http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/challenges-scenarios/101417-international-challenge.html but as there appears to be confusion with the designated teams Ive decided to set one up.

The Challenge:
Give me a number between 15 and 30 and I'll assign an international team for you to manage. The aim is to reach the No. 1 ranking in the world and ideally do so by winning some international competitions.

Small rules:
- No cheating for obvious reason- Can set any managerial experience and nationality
- Load whatever leagues you want but remember what country you manage. Having that league will bring extra players in the long term
- Yearly screenshots or at the end of each tournament so we can see how you are getting on. Remember to include world rankings
- I'll try to stick to European teams. If many object I'll expand it

I am currently managing Jamaica (and GIF Nike) on my Pentagon Challenge save. Would it be alright if i added updates from Jamaica on here? (i could be no.31)
 
By the way, am I allowed to use LFCMarshall's summer update?
 
2011 Czech Republic

We qualified for Euro 2012 via the play-offs but were handed a tough group. We also face the Italians in the World Cup Qualifiers. The play offs is probably the best we can hope for there as well.

Despite qualifying for Euro 2012 we slipped in the rankings, down to 41. Hopefully a decent Euro 2012 will see us rise up again.
