Anyone else think James Corden's not funny?

This isn't just about the Patrick Stewart arguement, It's more about his humour, or lack of it.

Corden Didn't start the argument, and then when it started Corden just made sarcastic remarks and laughed at Stewart..Stewart was being an **** and trying to be funny when he cleary isnt, James Corden is quality and dont see how hes 'over used' as hes only just come onto the scene after G&S

James Corden isnt really that funny. His jokes on his World Cup show are reptitive and not all that funny in the first place. The same goes for league of their own the first show or two were good and after that it was like, you made that joke 50 times in the first 2 shows. *Yawn*.

And he's a fat West Ham fan.

You seem to have a vendetta against fat people.

Firstly, your choice to focus on James Corden's weight is harsh and a little pathetic in all honesty.
Secondly, I have a brain, and watched Gavin & Stacey because it was jokes, and because they were all funny.
Thirdly, i saw JC live at Albert Hall and he was pretty funny, he's not the most experienced comedian, but clearly someone appreciates his talent, if only a year or two after Gavin and Stacey and announcing himself as a stand-up comedian, he doesn't just perform in, but hosts a large comedy event.
However, James Corden's WC live is OK, until it switches to ITV 4 and he does that weird, probably scripted thing when he introduces it, and in the way he does this, behaves a little like most other rude and a little obnoxious, but funny comedians such as Dane Cook.
RE: His argument with Patrick Stewart, he is a) at a pretty pointless awards and Patrick Stewart is being a ****, as much of a legend he is, saying "i can see your belly from there" a little harsh? yes. Corden's reaction is the same as pretty much any comedian's would be, to instantly get him back after a really **** joke from Stewart which no one laughs at and that he can't complete, and Corden is completely backed by everyone including the next person who goes up, who says she likes his belly and would pay to see Stewart die on stage.

Im not too keen on Corden but i like him a lot more after seeing him deal with Patrick Stewart.

Bit harsh, he's a laugh, but not a comedian, if you know what im saying?

I agree, I don't find him funny at all, but most seem to so fair enough. To me, all his humour seems to come from him pointing out his weight or doing some fake high-pitched laugh.

However, I do sometimes watch parts of the world cup live thing, it's alright.

James Cordon isn't a comedian, he is an actor, everything he has ever performed has been scripted.

JC is a legand and patrick stewart is an ******* trying to humillate him, backfired much?
if you fancy the jones brothers cover your belly (or whatever he said) did you all hear the crowd recation to that perfectly thought out joke.
"Do you want one more?" well yes from JC not you your jokes are terrible.

Really liked Gavin and Stacey, apart from the ending (infact Season 3 was a bit of a let down on the whole, maybe shouldn't have forced it).

The Christmas episode was brilliant.

Then he flopped with Horne and Corden....I think he needs Ruth Jones alongside him to write as that seemed to work.

I liked the sketch he did with the England team (the first one) where he was giving a team talk, but wasn't keen on the second.

I've watched some of that World Cup live and its meh....but good choice with Clancy

Also he's everywhere at the moment, which is annoying.

Patrick Stewart was right in what he said (the hands in pockets thing), but shouldn't have said it the way he did (Belly part).

He's OK. Many, many people funnier but enjoyed G&S.
