Recreated the tactic in beta period and this happened. It was basically the same as this tactic, without play out of defence and tighter marking(thought tighter marking would mean man and not zonal)

Champions League and Italian Cup with AC Milan first season. 3 points off the title View attachment 461662

For anyone looking for the player search filters, I`m using the filters created for his FM13 tactic and it`s working fine. Enter his 2013 tactic topic and look for post #1361

Playing with Lazio. 12 games in Serie A (9th Place) 4W-6D-2L (13-11 in goals). I dont feel that i create much forward, is that correct? Can I change something to move forward? I have Damiao, Floccari & Klose to choose in forwards. Damiao is terrible only 1 goal in 10 matches in Serie A.

I think the patch yesterday did so something to this tactic, as it does seem to struggle a bit compared to before.

Its ok now, but it was awesome before.

Since patch (14.1.3)

I noticed the tactic had dropped a bit.

So I took off "higher tempo" instruction and its gone back to its great self for me

(Charlton 3rd in Championship with virtually a league 1 team)

Wow! I took off "higher tempo" like you said and BOOM! 6-0 vs Roma!! Thanks mate!

My tactic is going great since the patch. I long since went rigid (death and pretty women will do that to a man), and that made the defending so much better, while still allowing the attacking abilities of the team to shine through. For what it's worth, I'm playing in the Skrill Premier, and the rigidity might not work if you're playing with a top team. It also worked for Tranmere, so i'm thinking that setting to rigid makes for a great lower league tactic as long as you have at least one good striker and decent wingers.

My tactic is going great now. I advise everyone to STICK THROUGH THE BAD TIMES, this tactic takes a while for your players to get used to, you'll probably have a terrible run of at least 7 or 8 games. Remember to follow the OP's Training advice.

Is this supposed to load in FMC? My game just crashes when doing it.

This tactic is great just like in FM 2013.
I'm playing with Ajax and after 24 games I only lost 1 game.
Great result against A.Madrid won 6-2 and against Barcelona 2-2.

Playing as Man Utd.

During BETA this tactic was awesome - easily won the league and only lost UCL semis to Bayern on goal difference (after knocking out Juve and Real easily).

Unfortunately I just gave up a new 14.1.3 save after going into January 12 points off the top of the table.

It is effective at home but has been very bad away, even with one of the top teams.

Main weekness i guess is the 20 red cards you pick up a season :)

I've had the same players send off 3 matches in a row.

Felliani got 6 red cards for me in half a season (6)

Auch :)

My count of 20 actually was a bit premature, after 4 reds in my last 4 games, im now at 24.

Its especially the 2 DM that are suffering - will try to ask them to easy of tackles from now on.

Brilliant tactic this is. Used the for Stirling and took them to 2nd in the league, eventually losing out in the playoffs. I was predicted to come 8th. Then Salisbury approached me as manager whilst they were bottom and with 7 games left I'm 3 points off the playoffs going on a 12 match unbeaten streak. Absolute belter of a tactic.

I was wondering, would moving the 2 DM's in to CM roles work at all? Upon moving the icons for the players the 2 midfielders are set to CM automatic (MCL) and CM defend (MCR). The only reason I ask is because my main DM's are tired and my CM's can't fulfil the DM role well.....
