Hi.
You can download it here : B'Logos Club Megapack - 20,000 Teams/Comps +Flags - Downloads - Football Manager 2014 Tactics, Wonderkids & Cheats
You install them like this :
Step 1


Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract the folders.
Step 2


Cut and paste the extracted folder to:
Win Vista/Win 7/Win 8: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\
Win 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\
Win 98/ME: C:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\graphics\
Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2014/graphics/


Create folder "graphics" if it doesn't exist already.


Step 3


Run Football Manager 2014 and go to: Preferences > Interface


Click "Clear Cache" button at the top.
Click "Reload Skin" button at the bottom.


There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

Did you use the transfer search to find all these players, also you seem to be doing really well but didnt think it was a good idea to completely overhaul your whole squad in one season?

Yep transfer search only, not gone into too much depth scouring the non-league yet. I've use 6 players that started at the club as regular starters so its not a complete overhaul, but now the team has gelled and the tactic is completely fluid I'm regularly beating teams by 3+ goals.

Oh right kl, how do you use the transfer search then, I click on contracts expired, then filter it like that age, position etc but can only find a load of ***** lol
 
**** you chelsea i loosed my first game match against chelsea with southampton with this tactic ! i was winning 2-0 on the first 45 minutes after that they came back and won 3-2 i played defensive like 11 dc and i dont understand how they can come back on all football manager this is the same when with a small team you are winning a big team all time they come back and won ! this is insupportable when u know that they dont deserve **** you chelsea and abrahamovic i hate you since now.

Yes, a good assistant manager always helps, I have Paul Ashworth (top quality for this level). First I use pace/acc as filters of 10/10 and search passing, crossing, finishing, dribbling, tackling, then do the same without pace/acc to pick up any golden oldies who can still do a job.

I don't change strategy when i go 2-0 up, I generally change personnel. i.e. take off attacking winger / creative DM, bring on defence minded alternative. Sometimes I take out the advanced forward and put in an extra DM. If you change to defensive, you are inviting pressure on your defence.

Apart from Judt, they are all less than 10 for quickness. I always tend to try get an aerial DC and a quick DC when playing in lower leagues. Granted they are all decent defenders for the level, but the defensive line is a tad on the slow side which is probably why you're conceding more than you would like.
 
Forgot to mention, Lucas Leiva is a beast with this tactic. Gets Footballer of the Year all the time.

About to finish up my first season, tho i've been running my own 4141 tactic.

So just wanted to ask, if there was an update since i'll be running your 442 the new season.
 
Not at the moment, seems to be working very well as it is. Tried a couple of the new roles out but prefer the old more simple set up.

Just finished my first season with Boreham Wood. Broke the points record with 105 points from 42 games, 128 goals for, 33 against. Got to the FA Cup 4th Round too, will post SS in due course.
 
up front i have welbeck, werner, rooney and rvp but the goals have dried up it seems.

it may be because i keep switching them around from advanced forward and the complete forward, I still haven't decided who goes where. I might have welbeck/werer rotating the ADF and rvp/rooney rotating the complete role to simplify it
 
Dont know what i'm doing wrong but i'm juventus and getting destroyed by everyone, if i played my own youth team i would loose big time

Hmm could be the amount of teams that play 3-5-2 over there, may not be as effective against it as on FM13. But I am not sure, as I've only come across a couple of teams playing 3-5-2 so far. I will test in Italy at some point but Juve do have a great team for this tactic to work.

I would play Rooney as CF and Van Persie as AF as first choice - what about the wingers? are they scoring/providing?
