CLUB VISION RETROSPECTIVE

After 2 seasons, I have had an harmonious relationship with the board. They've really allowed me to sign and sell the players I have wanted which has allowed us to succeed accordingly.

The C- with transfers has been strange considering I have bought in 3 key increments to make us champions of England and Europe.

Those 2 have been Salah, Bissouma and Isak.

in abundance here which is ideal.

The board must not be watching set-pieces as we got 9 total set piece goals in the PL and 8 in the UCL

This contributed to the excellent returns specifically from Gabriel (17).

Very excited for pre-season as there are potential signings I would like to make to freshen up the squad.

Henry Report

Very intriguing on the potential ability of the squad based on the feedback from Thierry.

With the tactics that we deploy, GK may be the position to look at - but I want to push further the inclusion of English talent, thus I will stick with Ramsdale as the #1.

Thierry is advocating Gavi as a first teamer already which is very interesting - will start to test this method during pre-season.

Retraining Partey as a DLP to be back-up to Bissouma...

Therefore, there is a BBM position up for grabs - retraining this gem to take his place in the central midfield;

Season 3 - Transfers

Fantastic business in receiving sizable fees for Holding and Leno respectively. Neither are fit for purpose with the style of football we adopt in swift passing. Torreira a good sale as well which allows Partey to slot in as the DLP cover.

Signed Bursik for just over 11m as an apt backup for Ramsdale and great statistics to work with.

For just 34m, signed Ibanez who is an awesome addition to the CB's we have in the squad. I have focused more on strength in depth, rather then purchase nailed on starters.

Great thanks. Got the rest needed after such an emotional ending to the season - so excited for the new season after batteries have been full recharged.

Absolutely, he has all the attributes which we required to push us further in our process. Roger is only 24 and already an elite defender - exciting times.

19.25m is an absolute steal. The Brazilian is quite the FM cult hero as an affordable elite striker throughout the earlier editions of the game.

He comes in as back-up for Isak and will start every cup game.

Very satisfied with the 22 and also the 3 x extra assets in Patino, Balogun and Frances.

AUGUST

Good start to the season, winning the Community and Euro Super cups accordingly. Currently 15 PL games unbeaten and keen to continue some momentum.

Deadline day nearing, will potentially do some late business.

Sold Nelson after he rejected a loan and complained about his playing time. The signing of GabiGol increased the likelihood of Reiss leaving the club, satisfied with 27.5m for the Englishman.

Spent a lot of the summer trimming the sqaud and did not feel a need for any last day transfers.

100 Game Milestone

What a way to celebrate the 100th game with an insane comeback vs MUN in the Carabao.

Pure thrills and spills as we came back from 0-3 to get that victory...

70+ % win is excellent with just the 11 losses...

SEPTEMBER

An excellent month which also won me the award of Manager of the Month.

We have a really settled system and I am delighted that ESR has taken to the BBM position and also performing with decent returns.

We are also on a great domestic streak which I would like to continue

OCTOBER

Quite the mixed bag as our undefeated streak ended at the hands of SOU, then a deserved defeat to INT in the UCL.

I am aiming to win the Carabao, thus going quite strong in each round.

PLAYER REVIEW

I just have to give this man more props His returns are astounding and such a tower at the back that barely concedes goals.

Back to getting some super results to get back to the top of the table...

Should win the UCL group and playing Brentford in the 1/4 of the Carabao. The schedule is about to get really congested and did NOT need this long-term injury;

Really need the squad to perform during the Egyptians absence.

Another sparkling month as we are starting to pull away in the league. Cup competitions have not been kind in the draws

It’s been a hectic couple of months, but we’re delighted to have kept up our momentum and excited for the business end of the season.

With the injured starting to recover, we need to be ready to use our depth to go as far as possible.
