He didnt do amazing tbh Bale got the better of him quite a few times and I much prefer Bosingwa to Paulo

I'd of thought Carlo would rest him on the game against the lesser side (no offence to Bolton).

Paolo seems to struggle against players that cut in, E.G. Arshavin.

We struggle against Bolton at home normally, and for the second comment Arshavin is on the bench so thats ok.

Bale knocked the ball around him and beat him once, Paulo kept taking him inside where he isen't as threatening. Paulo will do a job when needed.

Nasri cuts in too.. Nasri is in much better form that Arshavin too, so I don't think it is ok. That is without question their main advantage and they must use it if they stand a chance of beating Chelsea.
