Best performance tonight was by the referee... not the best game i've ever seen.

Also don't like the Atletico players feigning injuries, kicking the ball out so Liverpool have to kick it back to them - just a blatant time wasting trick.
 
Never question Zonal Marking, never failed under Hodgson (H)

Good result for Atletico tonight, I don't think there all that in defence but it is up to Liverpool to expose that next week, it isn't like Atletico are a team that will go to Anfield and defend but they have become some what draw specialists in Europe this season, tonight was only there second win in Europe all season.

And to the person who said that Agger wasn't get forward enough, he is a centre back, what do you expect :S

Mhmm, Referee was great in Fulham game too, although, he did get in the way of the ball a few times

To be fair, from what i saw at the end of the game there where a few times when reina was annoyed at the defence from a corner for not defending it well.<)
 
Good result tonight, in my opinion. Yet again, I think we'll need to score 3 goals to be safely through just like in the previous two rounds.
 
A fan on the Fulham message board has already booked his tickets to Hamburg for the final, that is supreme confidence but also very daring :S

I hope we get on the front foot at home, they will cave under enough intense pressure,just important that we don't play two holders. Like to see Babel start, he can create goals and take players on.

Got my tickets yesterday. And the family was discussin whether to book Hamburg before the Benfica game. If we didn't get there, then we would atleast have a 3 day holliday. :P

there is not one situation in football that ever calls for Nabil El Zhar to enter the game, not one I can think of.
 
The votes just before the game said that they'd rather have Dirk Kuyt or Danny Pacheco upfront. I would actually of rather seen Pacheco up there instead of N'Gog..
 
Well the people voting are morons seeing as Pacheco has been away with Spain (yet again) for the past week or two.

Pacheco up front on his own would be a disaster too, I'd rather have N'Gog upfront personally as that means Kuyt can play in midfield instead of Babel.
