Barcelona and Xavi passing!

Man this tactic is really good, i am managing wolves at the moment and currenly 4th in the league when i was only aiming to avoid relegation.

3 forwards

im using the V2 tactic for the first time and got beat by liverpool 2 -0 then i beat hull 3 -0 in my next game. But my 3 goals where scored by my CB that moves forward and my forwards didn't seem to have many shots. Do i need 3 forwards up front and does this tactic mean my attacking wide midfielders are redundant now.

2.1 works great for me! Won premier league first season with arsenal. Amazing match stats and only two losses, but got knocked out in the quarters of all the other competitions.. Im experiencing some trouble against top teams, but i always control the matces and play beatiful football. Thanks for sharing mate!

You sure you are using my tactic i dont use attacking wide midfielders. My CB's only scored about 8 goals all seasons.

Hi everybody,
first of all thanks a lot for the tactic, it seems very good.
Then, I have two little problems:

1. I'm using it with Arsenal, I've bought Neymar and my 3 forward are (from left to right) Neymar, RVP, Walcott/Arshavin. Walcott and RVP score a lot, Neymar 3 goals in 15 match.
So I try to swap Walcott and Neymar setting but the result doesn't change.
How can I do? I prefer most goal come from STL and STC, and have STR with a more "support" role.

2. My 3 midfielders are (always from left) Nasri, Song, Fabregas. It seem that real playmaker is Song with Fabregas as "assistance". In fact Song do more passes than other 2, every game.

Can someone help me? TActis is v2.1.

No im not using attacking wide midfielders but have them, i was asking if they are now redundant with this tactic. So i only need central midfielders and forwards. But my forwards don't seem to be scoring. Should this tactic be instant or do i need to run with it before the team Gel?

The way the tactic is set up it plays through the middle if you are/or want to use wide midfielders the i would change the settings from through the middle to mixed. Hope this helps you

The 3rd forward i have always had trouble with its something i'm looking at now. But the midfielders i dont understand i have Xavi on the right in my game and he gets more passes then the other two. Sorry i'm not that much help.

I forgot to screenshot the corners, i scored only two goals because I hate bugs ... and I put forwards like Zarate, Floccari and Sculli to jump on near,far and challenge keeper ... defenders are there also, but without 20 goals/per season anyway, it goes ... six yard box and i can't enjoy more

Your welcome mate, i'm still working on the tactic now trying to get the CFR to score more goals higher passing from the MCR every game. So far played 4 games in a row where the MCR has passed over 90 plus times so that part is looking good. Lost one game 3-1 where i had 78% of possession i couldn't believe it but hey you cant win every game or can you LOL thank you again glad you have enjoyed it.

But the question is how? I want to see more killerballs from Xavi and Iniesta, sometimes also I wanna see that from Messi and Pedro but you see that rarerly. Did you have any suggestions how to create more chances?

If you want more killer balls from them, set their through balls to often. This may result to unecessary passes though, giving the ball away thus leading to less possession, but worth a try, players of that quality shouldn't misplace too many through passes.

playing with Everton (now 2014) and i'm getting awesome results and good football.

what i like is that its good in defense and i have already, in march, got 2 strikers on 20+ goals, with the last one to catch up i think.

also... with my team, i beat Barcelona in the champions league, and had 65% possession

Mate, Not normally one to go and download someone elses tactics as i believe it takes away from the game but upon reading about your results that you got with Xavi I had to give it a go. I gave it ago with sporting gijon and im in February atm and im second in the league, was predicted as possible relegation candidates and now find myself in the midst of a tittle battle. This tactic is superb , the RB role is excellent get constant 8 ratings and it mimics dani alves barce role perfectly. The xavi role is superb miguel de la cuevas is leading the assists chart and is 2nd in average ratings. Congrats mate absolute quality, will post screen shots when i have the time.

Mate no offence but, if you are winning games thats all that matters not if you win by 2 goals compared to three. How about trying something yourself what do you want him to do. Come round and play it for you ?
