First of all please don't just play 3-4 games and say the tactic is not good ...and please follow through the whole details i have explained to make it work don't put the computer to play ur matches with any tactic by going on holiday ...tactics don't work like that
Hi friends here i am again with my new tactics ******BAZOOKA****** patch 13.3.3
This tactic is solid in defense as i believe if you hold your defense together you can win any match .
3 defenders in the back .
2 main defending anchorman makes up the defense and support the midfield .
1 central midfielder with
2 very good wingers .
1 Amc (very important player)
1 Solo striker
Won every cup i have played in season 1...........
Training
One of the most important things in the success of this tactics is the right tanning
In the start of the game YOU SHOULD BE MANAGING UR OWN TRAINING .
What i do in my game is I offer MUTUAL TERMINATION to all my staff and than i hire 4 or 5 star staff in different staff positions
Here is a picture attached from my game which staff members i choose and what duties i give them
Your staff rating have to be high if you want better end results of training and get better results
So when u start a new game keep your general training to ..... TACTIC/HIGH
And the match training to .............................................. TEAMWORK/HIGH until you start the first season game ...
NOW
once the season kicks off
1) you make the general training to balanced and let the assistant manager handles the match training(easier method but not that effective)
2) or you can see if you are playing with a stronger opponent you can make the general training to DEFENSIVE
if playing with a weaker opponent you can make general training to ATTACKING
and keep the match training to Defensive set pieces for stronger opponents
and Attacking set pieces for weaker opponents ( a little more work to do but better results)
Keep an eye on the individual training too...
Also Make sure about staff responsibilities....
it makes my life a little easier....
It is very important to make your TEAM FLUID in all the familiarization levels if you want to get the best out of any tactics as soon as possible
TIP: Add more friendlies to make it faster .....
Always play the best player in the best role ...
Touchline Shouts
start of match................... Retain possession...work ball into box
if i am winning .................I will add one more stand off opponents
if loosing ...........................Run at defenders, play higher up

If you have a good assistant manager leave it on to that or
Wing backs- weaker foot/close down

CB - heading , tackling,strength, stamina, intersection------------ shawcross
A------- tackling,stamina,strength ,passing---------------------- m'vila,wanyama,capoue,m'vila
W- good acceleration,crossing,pace and finishing -----------------benarfa,,lennon,bale,redmond(i use inverted wingers )
BBM- dribbling, through balls, long shots-----------------------------cabaye
AM------- dribbling, through balls ,passing -------------------------cabaye,cleverley
AF- acceleration,finishing,heading,passing,first touch--------------- Wellback.

Note in some of the matches the opposition don't even get a short on target ...
Some tips for this tactic
IF DON'T HAVE A BIG BUDGET
1) TRY TO LOAN QUALITY PLAYER
2) Make sure u spend ur money wisely, offer little money up front and give a large chuck of the money in installations
3) ALWAYS keep an eye on the transfer market .
4) keep and eye on the players contracts and jump onto the best players on December 29 to sign them for free
5) mutually terminate the contracts of the staff
6) Buy players in defense and the two anchorman positions as they are the heart of this tactics .
7) always and always terminate Ur assistant manager if he dosnt have good ratings and get a better AM
8) Buy Leonard kweuke and Vaclav kadlec they are beast in front of goal
9) buy Ryan Shaw cross and albiol.........best defender in the game....
10) if u don't have a bigger transfer budget try to sell players and buy new players always on a 48 month payments will little up front .
