nice signing in dzeko mate he should be able to bang in the goals for you :D

Yeah hopefully, he missed the first three games with an injury but scored on his debut so it's all good :)

Thanks.

Grrrrr, should have got Soldado. I am officially in love with him  , oh well, Dzeko aint bad!

Good luck pal :)

Hmm I've got Barcelona now :S

Exceptionally low on luck.

Blues 1-0 Blackburn
Lukaku

A second half Romelu Lukaku strike earned us a valuable 3 points at home. The scoreline didn't really flatter the hosts as our enthusiastic captain Marek Hamsik created them chance after chance.

Barcelona 2-0 Blues (LC)

Dmytro Chygrinski's early goal set the benchmark for the rest of the competition as the reigning champions showed complete dominance over one of the favourites. The only other reward was Demba Ba's header just before the interval, the lack of finishing ability was the only slight downside on a fantastic team performance. On a more worrying note for our fans, vice-captain Roger Johnson was hit with a slight rib injury which will keep him sidelined for a few weeks.

Wigan 0-1 Blues
Dzeko

Another solid league performance for us, and another which really lacked the final touch on team moves. If the finishing instinct within the squad can improve, the title will be no problem. Today, however their finishing was exceptionally poor, Dzeko's goal was unmissable after Craig Gardner's quality ball left him with an open goal.

West Ham 2-1 Blues (LC)
Yannick Djalo

The fans have a right to be mad at us. Letting a very comfortable position slip by yet again not killing off the game, 1-0 up at eighty-five minutes, 2-1 down by the end. Something cannot be right.

Blues 1-1 Arsenal
Yannick Djalo

Yet again we play well and don't get anywhere near what we deserve. A late Samir Nasri goal succumbed us to another poorly executed end to a game, the day we actually put in and get out our maximum I will sing the players praises but now they really need to buck their ideas up.

Blues 0-1 Rangers

This is really starting to get me annoyed, other than the goal they had one decent effort comparing to our tally that is into double figures. This calls for action to be taken and from now on you will not be seeing the normal 'Christophe Dugarry style of play'

Although this is not a very good start it isn't awful. I always get this where you start having a bad patch. Keep going mate :)

KRO!! SOTV!!

Really good story Josh. Your results will start improving soon hopefully :D

Just read the whole story, you've done fantastic.
Bit off topic and random, but just wondering what you play time is.
I'm sure you will turn it around. Good Luck!!! :)

Thanks everyone :)

My play time is something obscure like 20 days because I left it on when I went on holiday XD

Every team has a little blip...

Its how that team responds to the blip, which makes the difference between a good team and a world class team

Thanks lads

Update soon :D

looking forward to the update
nice story bcfc
good work mate

When I first clicked on this thread and saw how many pages it was I almost crapped myself but still managed to read all through it and get to the end.

I must say this is class.Great job bcfc.

Out of the end of the tunnel!

Oh, how one month can change a team...
October Update:

Chelsea 1-3 Blues
Dzeko 3

What a performance! Luis Suarez's 85th minute goal was the only blip on a fine team outing, truly world class.

Blues 4-1 Everton
Dzeko, Yannick Djalo 3

Another top class performance! If it carries on like this I may slate them in the press again!

Sion 2-5 Blues (ECC)
Lukaku 2, Dzeko 2, Ziani

A good win that keeps us in with a chance of qualifying for the knockout stages. It was also good to see Karim open his scoring for us as he's been a revelation in midfield and is quickly becoming a fan favourite.

Hull 2-4 Blues
Ekdal 2, Otamendi, Yannick Djalo

Although we conceded two goals from set pieces the entire team did their respective jobs brilliantly! Albin really ran the show, two goals and two assists from midfield really showed why he's valued so highly!

Blues 2-0 West Ham
Yannick Djalo 2

A tad of complacency crept into the side today but nonetheless we gained another three points! Yannick is really starting to come into his own and in his past 5 games he's scored 9 goals!

What a month! He made his way back into the team and has taken the place of 'Future world player of the year' Romelu Lukaku! Keep it up Yannick.

Young player of the month:
Albin Ekdal

Debatably his best month for the club, two goals and four assists topped off several wonderful showings in the centre of the park.

Thanks for reading

Some really good results there, the team came back well after there blip. Good Luck :)

KRO!!

Battle of Birmingham.

November was the month that held one of the two biggest football matches in Birmingham; Aston Villa's turn at hosting the second city derby. In recent years Christophe Dugarry's side have really dominated the fixture but now with the weapon of world class midfielder Edin Hazard on hand, Villa will be much more likely to cause a problem. Aswell as that, The Blues have to deal with the threat of derby specialist Gabby Agbonlahor. A known thorn to Birmingham's side.

Seb Larsson celebrates scoring Birmingham's second goal.

V*lla 2-2 Blues
Milevskyi, Larsson

Gabby Agbonlahor yet again ruined Birmingham City's derby outing with an 85th minute equaliser to canel out Seb Larsson's earlier strike. A disappointing result in all honesty as Birmingham were quite clearly the better side, Villa were just sharp when Birmingham took their foot off the gas.

'A decent all around month, although we picked up some important results, we also let ourselves down slightly. Take the Barcelona game for example, out of nowhere they kept hitting the back of the net. Another thing I have to comment on is the goalscoring form of Nicolas Otamendi, he has now starting lurking around set-pieces and all but one of his goals have been from outside of the box! A really fine thing to have in commanding centre back to be honest.'

Nice update Josh.

Keep up the good work. ^^)

The 9-1 game was fricking hilarious, by the end they were all just walking back to the halfway line after scoring XD

Thanks :)
