IMO, important to have a sizeable English contingent, so Butland and Baines would be priorities, and if we were to sell Sandro, I'd bring in Joe Allen, always performs brilliantly in my saves, or James McCarthy.

I reckon the midfield will do for now although if VDV has a big offer come in for him take it. Apart from that I think the big money should go on a star striker and defensive improvements and then hopefully Butland can be bought in for a reasonable price if that's who we go for.

INS
Back up left back (e.g. Stephen Ward or Figueroa)
Striker (Cavani, Niang, Fierro)
Defensive midfielder (e.g. Mikel (transfer listed at 9million) or Barry)
New Keeper (although we can maybe hold on till next season. maybe mcgregor or gordon on a free, or al habsi from wigan)
