Best Band of all Time

i have to agree that it would be the beatles but apart from them i would say coldplay or the killers as coldplay are my favourite band and have been around making hits for quite a while and the killers have re-invented themselves about 3 times and are still at the forefront of the industry.
 
i hate radiohead because the lead singer is a miserable ****
 
Metallica, AC/DC or Black Sabbath. I think System of a Down might be worth a mention aswell.
 
The Streets, oh wait, are they classed as a hip-hop group or boyband or something? Not sure, that music can change your mode from the worst end of the scale to a feeling that makes you actually happy.

Gotta agree with most of you, Clash and Jam are for sure my favourite band, but Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, Exploited (and so on) are also great bands, depending on your taste :)
 
personally i dont like the beatles or queen or anything like that, i can see why people think they are the greatest as they did a lot for music, but the music, in my opinion, couldnt be more boring :)

the pixies, bad brains, black sabbath, iron maiden, nirvana, the *** pistols are all vying for top spot imo :)
