Henry and Bergkamp also probably one of my favourites as well.

These spring to mind straight away, I'd list Rooney - Hernandez, but the sheer awesome and untouchable quality of this partnership (In my absolute, completely unbiased view) would just be of disrespect to these phenomenal partnerships.
