Arsenal Team News
Denilson is back in the Arsenal squad ahead of Saturday's trip to Blackburn Rovers.
The midfielder hasn't played for the Gunners yet this term because of an abdominal injury. However, he is fit to travel to Ewood Park.
Samir Nasri (knee), Nicklas Bendtner (groin) and Aaron Ramsey (broken leg) remain absent but otherwise Arsène Wenger has a full squad to choose from, with defender Laurent Koscielny returning from suspension.
"We haveDenilson back in the squad," said the manager.
"Of course Nasri, Bendtner and Ramsey are still injured but everyone else is available.
"Koscielny is back from suspension and he will be involved. The situation of the squad on the health front is quite good."

1-0 Mame Diouf

You think he will score through a Almunia Blunder or a normal Goal ?

2-1 to the Gooners, Last 5 minute scrappy goal from us :)

Think this is will a big test. We'll see how Koscielny will deal with the physical side, and also how Chamakh will do against Samba. I'm really looking forward to this, and it could give a good indication as to whether Arsenal will be there or therabouts this season.

Blackburn to scrape it.

Odd how there's no Blackburn team news? Can't be bothered?:D

We have a brilliant record against Blackburn, although largely at home. RVP loves scoring against them, and he's fit, Chamakh may start, and gives us a physical presence, and if we need it at the back, Squillaci is more physical than Koscielny and Djourou. Cesc is back having been short for the last couple of games, and that will be a huge lift, Rosicky is in form, i don't see why we can't win comfortably, as long as Almunia doesn't do anything stupid, and maybe, like when Fergie has a rant, the referee will take notice of Wenger's statement, about the fouls that should be given to his side, especially at corners etc. Allerdyce is a dirty manager thouugh, and he'll stick to his rough 'em up game plan i'm sure, makng it difficult for us to move the ball etc. I'm going 2/3-0 Gunners.

3-1 Arsenal, I'm going to hope for no keeper wrestling this time.
