Here you can see transfer history after first season with Dortmund... Its not my general style to buy players that highly but its my first save in FM 16 and i just wanted to try all players as possible...

If i dont want to sell a player i negotiate the double... For ex they offered me 45 for Reus and i wat 90 M cash they accept immediately :) Same for Auba... ı never use monthly installments...

If u offer player u cant take a big cash even not equal to his value... For ex, Man U gave 30 M for Berahino, i want 50 and they declined negotiation. Berahino asked for leave and when i offered him i only took 20-25 million with monthly installments... After that i sent him to reserves and played there for a half season... When season nearly ended i promoted him again to my team i dropped him off to transfer list but marked him as a backup player... At the end of the season i took 50 M cash ;)

I mostly play FM for buying youngsters, develop them good and sell them to the highest... Its like an economy tycoon for me... I won the cups always with a squad that avg. age not more than 22-23 :) I dont like to spend time to create a tactic, just download from here.. :)

Haha one last question - do you adjust your players value if hes worth 20m pounds do you maybe adjust it to say 60m pounds to get better first time bids on your players?

Ozil's form in first season, and only in march!! This tactic is amazing, although I'm tempted to sell him in summer should an offer come in as I already have Bernardo Silva in the squad.

Sampdoria Update...

The 2nd real season begins - After a highly successful season ending runners up in the league and winning the cup in italy I was ready to take on the world - Just like when I sprint in real life - I'm always ready - my mental state of sprinting that 100 meter run is more than ready - when I then start the run after 10 meters I get injured - I am pushing myself to hard :( and I wanted to create this picture becourse this is simular to what's happening this season so far.

The good news are the transfers - I managed to sell - I managed to Sign quality - Remeber Sampdoria don't have alot of money so selling Lucas Romero for 55m pounds were god send money. Again ofcourse I did several mistakes - 3 players were not signed, but will be signed - don't know exactly what happened their - I suspect a foreigner rule in Italy.

The bad news is I got knocked out of the CH league where we played like a sack of - SH.. - But guys I have to be honest - this is what happens when your team cohesion needs to improve - Blending well will not cut it. + I sold the legend Angelo Palombo - that upset a few.

I decided I will take this season with ease - success will arrive - maybe not this season - but at one point it will - and on the bright side we are still in it to win it :) - we also managed a 3rd place in the ch group and will enter the Euro league knockout stages

I will keep you updated on the Sampdoria journey - that for me becomes better and better and I'm slowly developing a relationship with the club :)

Now you just need Timo Horn, and you'll have 2 great keepers :)

This is still good result Gob, especially I did not buy best players but local Turkish players(in 5 seasons I will not have any foreigners) and for first two years bursa is banned from European competitions, so no money from UEFA for transfers;)
