When a player gets a straight red card then in 90% of cases it’s due to his hidden attributes – “Dirtness” so you can do nothing about and it’s just a random factor in the game.
 
Played 6 months with Clyde in the lowest Scottish Division and got sacked by Christmas. Now at Annan in the division above. I'll let you know how it goes. Maybe the standard of player not good enough?

Might be, I've tried Queens Park on other saves with different tactics and the players down there are just terrible :P

Now that you mention it though, I'm gonna try a Clyde save and see what we can do (H)

Courtois, Azpilicueta, Stones, Varane, Rodriguez; Pogba, Ruben Neves, Gonçalo Guedes, Oscar (Odegaard), Hazard; Morata (Newgen)
 
Just got FM16 and going to try this out, looks awesome.

I've downloaded from the link on the OP but it saves as an .fmf file, I thought tactics were normally .tac files?

Forgive me if I've got this wrong, if someone can tell me where to save it and how to import it - cheers! :)

They are fmf files now, still save in same place which is:

Documents->Sports Interactive->Football Manager 2016->Tactics

Phoenix Second Season Rising From The Ashes!!

Probably one of the most frustrating and enjoyable seasons I've had on FM in a long time an awful start to the season not winning in 6. Then having two other bad spells of 4 games without win & 5 games without win. (Most of these was narrow unlucky losses that nearly made me punch my monitor into the wall (6))

Media Prediction: 16th
Fa Cup: Lost in 4th Round V Newcastle

But we made an epic comeback and managed to get into the automatic promotion places on the last day of the season narrowly missing out on the title.

I can understand, which position would you have been happy with? I guess 2nd place was above expectations?

I wanted promotion because im over ambitious; so anywhere i could of got promoted so 1st-7th.
