This is clearly a really effective tactic for a lot of people, but I just can't get any consistency with it. It's fully fluid now but I've won six, lost six and drawn three - and there's been a couple of hidings in there too. Is there any training routines I should have in place that might make a difference?

It might still be too soon to judge so I'll continue to stick with it.
 
No changes, I have very good attributes myself, good coaches, very good players, its all down to the tactic :-)
 
I will test with a small team..in the future.
Just having to much fun :-D

No its all down to the players (player quality rules above anything compared to the opponents) - then the morale then the management (conditioning etc) then the tactic
 
Jonas beat Messy and Suarez to golden ball on the 1st season!
CR7 retired on the 2 season!
 
Yes credit to the players and tactic. better players, better results :-)

Dalum end of season 3

Won the league with only losing 1 game. Played with offensive match training rest of the season, as I felt like Dalum was the best in the league.

Time to improve my squad and hopefully end in the top of Division 1 :)

Who are you playing as?

Make sure you have OIs exactly. Don't let AssMan do them. Create team harmony through press conferences, pre and post game, and halftime talks. Have every available older player giving tutoring to a younger player.
