i totally understand sorry i snapped. im playing with Ajax firsrt season, didnt really bring in any players, i am playing with youth as most people using ajax would, but atm im conceding almost every game. even though i have OP instructions set as they have been shown in the opening post, now granter, a few goals have been worldies and a odd peno here and there, but the others are just stupid goals im training players in the roles its working for the midfielders who constantly get 7.9-9.0 ratings. Striker is really struggling aswell

its driving me mad because i love the 4-2-3-1 and with wingers

How many players did you buy?

What match preparation do you use?

Your coaching staff including the Assman do they have a decent man management attribute?

In Holland - do you feel you are the best team or can PSV - AZ and Feyenoord be seen as your equal?

Do you have all the right players?

Can you post a pick of your best line up - alt+f9?

players - any trouble makers?

Condition off the players are they above 94% every match?




Don't worry we will find a solution - when everything is tried their is also alternatives

i brought 2 players in with 3 more on the way in january

i was on defensive positioning but ive swapped to attacking movement and i have conceded a goal and only lost to bayern

i did all the coaches at the start of pr season like on all my saves

i am the best team but only slightly, beat the team you mentioned by a single goal

players are suited the the roles they are plying in

yes best line up if i press alt-f9

no touble makers i can see

and all players are almos 100% fit before every match

things are picking up slowly and once i get the defenders in and the new striker that will probably help secure thing up fo me

Okay - do a team meeting - you need the morale high as possible - if you are winning at the moment praise them for that - if you haven't won lately tell them things aren't going our ways at the moment.

Match prep.
teamwork is a great alternative and scores almost equally as much as attaking movement - but goal wise attacking movement scores more long term - on the contreary defensive positioning score much less than both but are better than both teamwork and attacking movement by a pretty margin conceeding goals - most worth it is usualy attacking movement - if none of these give you the results you expect its most often a player/s issue - Match preparation isn't a magic button that will give you insane results - its a combination of several things most of them includes man management and player quality.

Morale so very important in your journey towards success - team cohesion plays an important factor as well - how well the players get on with each other on pitch and off the pitch - speaking the same language is part of the team cohesion process and lets be honest football isn't as universal a language as spanish is for spanish speaking people or English for english speaking people - understanding each other helps tremendously in the communication on the pitch - performances will blossom and it will be easier to adapt to new cultures.

Agreed, morale or lack of it can really mess up your results, tried that with a Juventus save where one if my players really got ****** over some contract negotiations, and messed up the team morale by complaning to team mates. That resulted in bad results for about a month.
The player was Stephan Lichtsteiner, he got sold at the end of the season after that episode, cause i didn't wanted to pay him a 200k £ a week wage - went shopping in Real Madrid instead, and yes Dani Carvajal played better

The training history shows it.

Also all players in your team had "Superb" morale and 100% Matches Sharpness even those players that hadn't played a single match...

I didn't look any further because what I saw was more than enough to say that you cheated.
