Agree, I'm not blaming borne because if he didn't do it we wouldn't have the game but the game is losing interest as we go days without updates.

I think it is running at a steady pace, 2 updates a week is plenty. As it gives everyone a chance to look at the thread and post a reply, not everyone is on this everyday, but every other day is pretty good.

Update will be tomorrow

Places will be available after the next update, as there are a few inactive players, sign up to the waiting list to secure a spot

But its not been every other day, we have only had 2 calender months so far so not a lot has happened, i thought we may power through it a bit more i dont remember the previous one being like this? I would say half the teams have not made any posts at all and i just didnt want it to lose its steam, Just a thought as you said you didnt have the time,
 
I happy to keep it as it is and when all the slots are full, it will be running smooth with everyones updates.

Thanks for your offer of contribution but i think I'm fine for now.

I took me the freedom to make a short European update.
If you don't approve @borne, I will just delete my reply!!

Btw - Does anyone know if the image-uploader will be fixed, so that you can upload multiple pictures at a time?
 
Really looking forward to this update tonight :D :D. Borne, how about simming to End of December? as it has been 4/5days since the last update?

If not, that's cool.

I think I am just excited to get to January, as it is transfer deadline day, today and I want to buy players!! :D

What time will the update be at? And also, when you review inactivity are chairman available to upgrade their team? E.g. If city became available(which I know they won't as coolmcool has been active) will people already involved be able to upgrade and leave their current team available? And also I agree with disclaimer89 update to December 31st please so we can do transfers again that's the best part of this
 
It's been less than two weeks since the transfer-window closed, and less than a week since first update came up!
That's a very quick and steady tempo - and I really appeal to people, not to rush this so much!!

2 weeks is long enough for a game based on transfers
 
Keep it monthly Borne. Otherwise we may as call this the transfer game. Lets see how our decisions turn out during the game

I just got excited because of transfer deadline day ;) Cut me some slack :p
 
If it actually was two updates a week it would be fine. But considering the last update was like a week ago it means we haven't updated ONCE in 1 week! Update to the end of December I think!
 
AidyMurf97. Just chill out. Chairman games aren't thick and fast. It's about seeing your decisions come to fruition. Chill mate.

To be honest what other aspects do you think you can change or do as the chairman especially after the first 2 months bar transfers?

Thats cool RiotAct, if you want to do that then brill, stops me from uploading the savegame every time which takes forever.

EDIT: - haha realised then you wouldn't be able to do that... DOPE

This game isn't just about transfers isn't just about transfers, you decide to be a chairman and yet you make all the transfers, not alot of chairman do that to their clubs. Only the likes of Real Madrid do that were there government fund it, but I still think its all done by either a Director of Football or the Manager, Chairman just discusses money, and decide who runs what, and they may step in every now and then, hiring a new Manager or Director of Football or Head of Youth Development and occasionally a Player or two, as he feels the needs sign someone.

Agreed I think you might as well play the game, if it's just all about transfers, in my opinion, and thanks to @RiotAct for doing the European Cup updates. I will make another banner for it, I'll PM you after tonights update.

In my view especially at the beginning its the whole fact of doing transfers and dealing with other users as real life chairman, I know its not all about transfers but i think we were just making the point that not a lot has happened even just another update so people can check and react to it through their chairman. Take it as a positive that people want to get on and play a game/thread/concept that you have created
 
I think nobody is really going to sack their manager till at least December as most have new managers and of course pulis is untouchable for palace, so I think you Should update to December now, and then do monthly updates
