Arsenal Happy With Start

This morning new Arsenal top man met with reporter Geoff Shreeves to discuss the start of the new season

Geoff 'Good morning Kim, Arsenal are sitting at the top of the table! Surely you are pleased with this start?'

Kim 'Yes Geoff. It has been a good start all round. Arsenal sit at the top of the table, we are through to the next round of the Capital One cup, we cruised through into the group stages of the CL and most pleasingly Crystal Palace sit second from bottom! However this is just the start Geoff, anything can change from now until the end of the season. Apart from Crystal Palace going down.

Geoff 'Has there been a specific victory you have been happy with?'

Kim 'Yes of course, the 1-2 away victory against Man City was a game we would have been happy drawing.'

Geoff 'Suarez has started life with Arsenal as he ended it with Liverpool, goals goals goals! This looks like a great bit of business already. What are your thoughts?

Kim 'Well Geoff, considering Suarez has only played 4 games and he already has 6 goals and 2 assists I am confident in saying that we will not be disappointed with his contribution this season.'

Geoff 'Who do you see as your main title contenders this season?'

Kim 'The red scum of Manchester and the North London swine look to be the two teams with the strength in depth to trouble us. City, Liverpool and Chelsea seem to have weakened themselves and I don't think they will feature this season.

Geoff 'and your three relegation candidates?'

Kim 'Well Geoff, the first is easy... Crystal Palace are going down... The other two are more difficult to predict, but I would have to say West Ham and Sunderland.'

Geoff 'Interesting thoughts Kim! That will conclude the interview.'

The fact that arsenal continue to mention palace time and time again is obviously because they are scared of what palace can do. although we have not made the brightest of starts there is a long long way to go and if arsenal think they even have the slightest chance of winning the league then there a screw loose there. the fact remains that arsenal wanted pulis from the first day and the fact he said no really has hurt mr kim. pulis is palace through and through and he will remain manager for ever. arsenal can be jealous all they want. its rather funny actually !!
 
I'm not too fussed with how long it takes for the next update, I just dont want it too take too long to the point people start getting frustrated, eventually losing interest and people stop posting! :/ As this chairman game has such a huge potential!! :)

Murphy blasts 'cowardice' owners

Q. What do you make of the Arsenal's owners comments?

A. An embarrassment is what he is.

Q. And the West Ham owner?

A. Well I'm pretty sure he even admitted he was a coward as he praised the Hull owner. It's clear with a toothless owner like him they're certs for the drop.

Q. You've had harsh words for the Hull owner too.

A. Well they're sitting 17th and riddled in debt. I'm sure he is the owner who is worried at this stage. [laughing} Oh and I might buy Damiao off him when they're in administration!

Q. What do you make of the new press officer?

A. I think it's good news. I'm sure he will see 3 owners who like to gang up together against Palace and personally I enjoy it. I believe it shows how cowardly they are and I'm sure he will see it in the same way.

Q. What do you make of you're sides start to the season?

A. Well we are 1 win off mid table so I'm confident. We also are through to the fourth round of the Capital One Cup so overall I'm pleased. I've also got a few transfer targets lined up which actually comply with financial fair play and don't bend the rules like some other clubs who are an absolute disgrace to themselves and their clubs.

Yeah, while all this arguing is going on no-one realises Everton are above Liverpool.

Ok , any chance we could arrange what days the updates are instead of having to come on and check every day. Like every Wednesday and Saturday so we know when to check!

I can't guarantee what days i will be able to do as i work on a rota and my free time changes every week.

Tan reacts to Cardiff start-by booing

Reporter: so Vincent, how do you feel about the Cardiff start?

Tan: I'm not happy, we play 6 games and only score 4 goals, that is not the attacking football which I want to see.

Reporter: is there any positives you can take from the start?

Tan: of course, we've played at old Trafford and the emirates so 2 very difficult games out of the way, also we beat pulis' superstars which is brilliant for me personally, although it is worrying that they are the only side we've beat.

Reporter: looking ahead, what do you expect and hope for?

Tan: we play Sunderland at home next, that is a must win to catapult us up the table, I want goals, if we score any less than 50 we could be in trouble so we need to score more goals. If we aren't scoring enough by January I'll have to look at bringing in a top striker and a top quality creative midfielder to solve the problem.

Tan then began laughing and joked: Tony Pulis was wheeling his shopping trolley across the supermarket car park when he noticed an old lady struggling with her shopping. He stopped and asked, "Can you manage dear?" to which the old lady replied, "no way you got yourself into this mess, don't ask me to sort it out!"

Mason Condemns Crystal Palace's 'Worm' Like Chairman

It seems the Hull Chairman has had enough of certain Chairman talking about his club. The usually reserved Mason came out with fighting talk and it seems after weeks of negative criticism from the Crystal Palace Chairman that something may have finally snapped. He explained that if the Palace chairman could only ever mention Hull then he must not have Crystal Palace's best intentions at heart. He added that he can't remember a press conference where he has spoken about his own club. He also scoffed at the statement which Palace's chairman insinuated that he would buy Damiao if Hull ever went into financial difficulty. Mason laughed and explained that he wouldn't sell Palace a cup of tea, let alone a fantastic player. The Hull chairman also stated that Palace can shove their Transfer offers up there ar**.

He then added that If Palace continue to talk about his club that he would be speaking personally to the Worm who runs the club. Mason added that he feels complimented by the fact that Palace feel so threatened by his club. He then again laughed.
