Rules
Main:
Below you can see the leagues which are currently loaded, If you would like a new league then just get in touch.
Players must post at least once every update, unless you have messaged me informing me of your absence.
You will start with £500m to purchase a club and players etc.
You will be able to take a loan out, This will need to be paid back within 3 years, otherwise assets of the club will be taken.
Transfers:
Transfer requests go through me.
All transfers will take at least 24 hours to ensure that other potential parties will have time to submit an offer.
Transfers from the AI, will be at sale value rated in Genie Scout.
Cash only deals are accepted and also Swap Deals.
Transfers between chairman are unlimited.
Max 4 Youth transfers per season - 20 and Under.
Max 4 Peak transfers per season - 21 to 30.
Max 4 Senior transfers per season - 31 and over.
There will be a separate window for free transfers:
Wage bill must be sent to me, 24 hours.
Staff:
Cost to sack manager will be the amount left on contract.
Must negotiate with other chairman about there managers.
Compensation will be agreed between you.
Coaches etc can be signed, cost will be half of current remaining contract.
Club Improvements:
Facility improvement costs 1.5M.
You can improve corporate, training and youth facilities.
Youth recruitment and junior coaching improvement costs 2M £.
You can make your stadium larger.
Every seat in you want to put in your stadium costs 25£. But also installment cost 50£ for every seat. Example. You want to put 10,000 seats in your stadium. So you do this: amount of seats*cost of one seat*installment. 10,000*25*50 = 12,500,000M £.
To build a stadium, you need to hire architects (costs 100K £), then you need to hire building company (250K £). Buy a piece of land (2.5M£), unless you don’t want to demolish your current stadium (cost 100K + renting another stadium with it’s facilities costs 1.9M £). Building the stadium costs 300M £ + seats cost (see above).

Champions League Winner - £150m
Champions League Runner Up - £50m
Europa League Winner - £75m
Europa League Runner Up - £25m
League Winner - £25m
Runner Up - £10m
3rd Place - £5m
Qualify for Champions League - £10m
Cup Winner - £10m
Runner Up - £5m
