Sadly Adriano picked up a Hip Injury in training today and has been sent to a specialist and will be out for 3 months

As you can see there was a couple of late moves with Taye Taiwo coming in on loan which is great so we have great competition in every area of the field and going out was Kemy Agustien after I released him from his contract, I felt he would not really get into the side so it made sense for him and for the club to end his contract

So after two months of being in the job i was sitting at home after a training session and i get a phone call

Dad: Hello Sam, I just wanted to give you a call to say I am delighted with how you have done with Brighton over the last couple of months.

SP: Thanks Dad, it means a lot coming from you.

Dad: So is there anyone you are looking to change anything so far because after watching it in the stands I have a couple of ideas.

SP: I am not looking to at this moment but which players was you on about?

Dad: Well i know you will not get rid of him but Solly March in my eyes has not really performed well so far this season and also Bruno especially with his sending off and just does not seem to have the heart.

SP: I understand how you feel dad, I do agree with both but I will be trying to sort out both situations quickly but there is a lot of competition for places so I might drop March to the bench and have a talk with Bruno about his behavior, anyway dad I must go as i got to be up early tomorrow for preperations for the month ahead.

He has had a great couple games this month which included an assist in 2 out of the 3 games he appeared in this month! Was in my mind more as a back up Left Back option but if he keeps up how he is going and with Joe Bennett already getting sent off twice this season and Taiwo not performing well, he could very well become my first choice left back!

Under 18's Manager Simon Rusk has put forward his name for the Peterborough job but i feel he is important for my development squads so i have offered him a new contract so we will see where he will end up
