Overall on the season so far

Transfers
I have been very happy with most of my signings this season, took a while for some to settle but the now the team looks like it is on the same page which is great as the entertaining football is played!

SkyBet Championship
To have a 7 point gap at this stage of the season is great as hopefully I can keep that distance or go even further in the second half of the season!

Capital One Cup
I was delighted to get to the Quarter Finals and we held our own against Aston Villa so I can not complain too much about going out as it gave us more time to focus on the league

So going into the last 3 months of the season I was at home and I had a phone call

Dad: Hi Sam

Sam Peters: Hi Dad, How are you?

Dad: I am ok Sam, yourself? it was just a quick call to see I am delighted with what you have done with Brighton, we are on course to finally call ourselves a Premiership team.

Sam Peters: Yes I am fine thank you and Yes so am I, It is amazing and I can not wait for it to be confirmed.

- End of Phone Call-

Yeah hopefully they do as i feel can push on for top 6 this season! and because he was on the free transfer list lol and had a look, scouted him quickly and then decided to sign him!

why would Livaja be released by Rubin before a balls even been kicked?! Very, very fishy... you sure you haven't just used FM editor to release him from Rubin...

On this game he was on the Free Transfer list just like players like Tomasz Kuszczak who has gone to Wolves irl but is available on a free transfer, i wouldn't use the editor just due to the fact I wouldn't know where to start, I am happy enough with giving me what the game already gives

Manager Comments: I am not too down about the loss today as the title is already secured and as we also have a big FA Cup tie against Chelsea, I decided to make some changed so others could be fresh for that match but still felt we may get something but was not meant to be, I also gave a debut to 15 year old Stephen Scofield, he is one for the future and can develop well

Suso
What an amazing loan signing he has been this season, was very crucial for us the whole season, I might look at trying to loan him again next season!

So there we have it, the end of the first season!

Awesome first season man! Suso was a **** of a signing!! Bet you were chuffed to get him!

Have you managed to get him for another season?

Good luck for the premiership!....AND EUROPE :-O *thumbs up* :-)

TRANSFERS!
15g8sjm.jpg

There has been a lot of transfer business already for us here as we prepare for the upcoming Premiership Season! I like to generally do my business early on as in my mind it gives players more chance to gel and get used to my formation I will want them to play so here we go, the round up of your transfers so far!

Gary Mackay-Steven: I signed him on a Pre-Contract agreement near the end of last season and i feel he will provide great back up and competition for the side.

Callum Harriott and Chris Solly: I decided to bring theses two in from Charlton Athletic after they got relegated from the Championship, I had also tried to bring in Joe Gomez but he went to Liverpool instead.

Tyrone Mings: A decent left back that I feel can grow under my management and will be here for years.

Oscar Whalley: Decided to bring him in as I feel he could provide good back up for this season.

Dele Alli: Well he was one of the first people I looked at to bring in for this season so I was delighted when he signed, great potential to be a world class player!

Kevin Long: Burnley got relegated last season and Kevin was a target of ours because he is young and can grow into a very good player and deserves to be in the Premiership.

Mark O'Hara: I know him to be a very good center back, my Head of Youth Development sorted out this deal so I was happy it was done.

Harry Kane: When I saw he was available for loan, I thought it was a no brainer, a great player to have here for the season and really adds a lot to our striking options this season.

Adrien Rabiot: A great young talent and one we managed to also sign on a Pre-Contract agreement which I was surprised about but I am delighted he has come here.

Frederik Sorensen: A great young center back and just like Rabiot, I was delighted he came here on a free from Juventus.

Grant Hall: Returns to the club after he left Tottenham Hotspur and will provide cover for the center backs and right backs this season.

Luke Garbutt: Brought in on a free for Everton, I feel he will provide great competition with Chicksen and Mings this season.

Micah Richards: He will most likely be my number one Right Back this season but Solly will be there to shine if he fails!

Lucas Boye: An amazing signing for us! I feel he can become a legend at this club and will be thrown into the first team straight away.

Unfortunately I am not as creatively minded as yourself, and feel any attempt i make will be dull and boring

Yeah I was chuffed to have got him, I did not expect it but he was brilliant for me but as of yet, no I have not got him back

Thank you! I am just happy I am in the Group Stages from the off !

Unfortunately I am not as creatively minded as yourself, and feel any attempt i make will be dull and boring

I am not that creatively minded, Mine started off with literally just the screenshots and thats it so I would say go for it still, I would follow and I am sure others will as well

What a great season - congratulations on promotion and winning FA Cup!!

I think you've done some brilliant business in the transfer market... I am sure you'll stay up - regardless how your start of the season goes.
