Think you should go for someone like AC Milan mate

I'm not sure I want to go a big team like AC Milan. I would rather start at a smaller reputation team and try to build my CV up by travelling around from country to country. Just trying to do something different rather than going English teams over and over again. Thanks for the suggestion more would be great!

Valencia is by far one of my favourite teams to manage, Sign a good winger and maybe a centre back and you are sorted, I recommend Gaitan if you go ahead with it
