Really nice tactic ^^) I always like to play with 3 strikers and this fits perfect. It did improve my overall team performance a bit at first.
The real huge change however came when I started to strictly follow my assistant managers advice during the matches. For example - Milan was beating me 0-1 at half time. Then I did all the little bits offered - putting players on weaker side, tight marking, etc. I destroyed them 4-1 during the second half.
I noticed that at least for me the performance of the team jumps real high if I tell them to put the opposition strikers on weaker side, hard tackle them and always mark them tight. If the game is still a bit hard, I do the same for the oppositions attacking midfielders and central midfielders. Works like a charm in 98 % of the games. And my central defenders end up with a rating of 7.8-9.2.
The team is still vulnerable on some set pieces. And I get a fair share of cards. But I barely suffer a defeat with this tactic.
