Superb tactic probably the best on the site. Tried it in my second season at Real Madrid.Won everything. 36 wins and 2 draws in La Liga with 139 goals scored and 13 conceded. Higuain scored 70+ all season ,Ronaldo just behind with 60+ with Ozil assisting for fun. I beat Zaragoza at home 10-0 and in the CHL semifinal I beat A.C. Milan 11-0 on aggregate, 8-0 at the Bernabeu. Even beat Barcelona 5-0 at home.This tactic is immense. Thanks Brobs
 
Does anyone have any recommendations to avoid red cards?

Change tackling to "normal" when the player has been booked already?

Am managing Man City, just lost the FA Cup final to Man Utd on penalties, was playing with 9 men in extra time, really cost me.

Yes, to normal or even to more cautious.

Have you tried Match Preparation set to Defending Set pieces. Have been doing this after the first five or six games( Have at Team Blend pre season and up to the first six games). This has worked well for me.
 
Brilliant tactic. Nearly won all of matches with a struggling Napoli side!
But a misleading title - I lost a match :( just about though!
 
Started a game with Hednesford Town using this tactic. Won the Zamaretto League Premier Division and got promotion and am now sitting top of the Blue Square North after 8 games (7 wins 1 draw). This tactic works for all teams in my opinion. I always use it until I'm strong enough to play with wingers and have good wingers as with better players I think you can score more using wingers.
 
this tactic is really awesome.

is it a difference to set a right-foot forward on the right site or the left site?

is it right that a right foot forward on the right site runs to the right corner flag and cross the ball and a right foot forward on the left site, runs direct to the gate?

the same question is for the cms players. right foot cms, which position is better for him, left or right site?

I am finding the same problems as everbody else! I am in december with chelsea and i am currently top of the league by 1 point with a game in hand. Yes this is a good tactic but if your team is low on morale or not motivated then you will ship goals. I have lost two games, drawn two and won the rest. The first loss was to real madrid at home in CL 2-3. Ronaldo x3. Two where from set plays (headers). The first weakness of the tacic, defending set plays and the last 1 was where a through ball was played between the CB and FB. I dont know i anyone else finds this problems but because the FB are Attacking they will move up the field but if your CM's are caught on the ball there is loads of space for the winger to run into because the full back can't get back. Two examples are Ronaldo/ Bale v Terry= Goal, so if you have a super fast CB then your fine but otherwise your screwed, actually most of the goals i let in are from that problem. Overall brilliant Attacking play but the Defensive side is poor. The other team gets alot of shots so lucky i have Cech who is class. Best tactic i have used in a while though!
 
Second season with Hednesford and an even easier promotion by winning the Blue Square Bet North. I fancy I've got a decent enough squad to get promotion from the Premier too but we will see.

I got 5 consecutive promotions to the Premiership with Vauxhall Motors with this tactic (auto promotion every season except the Championshp where I won the playoff final).

Just keep turning over the squad every time you get promoted. Good luck!

I'm trying to, just finding it hard to sell some players and my wage bill is only £5k at the moment. Just bought a cracking African midfielder though who I think will be good enough for the Championship when developed.

Funny how they do this after being beaten, sometimes quite heavily. It's like saying well you beat us 5-0 if you hadn't tried to walk the ball into the net it could have been 10.

I get that a lot after a win, just like I get praise from another manager for the way my team plays after we got beat. I think that it's just the opposing manager trying to keep his own team morale up.
 
what is plug and play, and also, does this tactic just become ineffected after a while?

It means just use the tactic without tinkering at all. I've got 2 promotions in a row using this tactic and early impressions suggest I could get 3 so I'd say it doesn't become ineffective.
