Bugs you've come across?

Please confirm if you have these problems as well:
- When going on vacation, assistant manager won't do any substitutions if "use current team selection when possible" is enabled (this didn't happen on previous games). If it's disabled, his starting lineup is utter garbage (which was always a problem, that's why I never disable this checkbox), but some players are getting in from the bench.

- As a manager I can't comment about any team/player.

Are these known?

Probably to avoid 50 different ones about 50 different bugs.
Also, to see if anyone else is experiencing the same.
Reporting to SI is everyone's personal responsibility, if they want a better game.

1. Haven't seen anyone report this on the SI forums. You might wanna post there to see what the devs say.

2. I've seen people report about not being able to speak about other managers, or next opposition. I don't think this is a bug though, I think they've just implemented the whole media interaction into the interviews.

Well, I did post about issue #1 on SI forums. no luck so far.

About issue #2 - one of their moderators confirmed it is a feature and not a bug, but there's absolutely no common sense here. It's frustrating.

I think it's more realistic. How many times has a manager commented individually on 3-5 individual players before every/most matches?
 
Plus, managers don't seek up journalists, they only answer the questions they're asked. If that.

Exactly. When managers do comment on other players, it is when they are asked about them in a press conference, and it's normally only ever about 1 player. Unless they decide to bring out an autobiography and slate every player they can imagine.
 
It is realistic when not excessively used, and it adds a lot of spice to the manager-press communication. I cannot see any real integration between press conferences and manager comments. Most of the questions have remained the same since FM 13. Almost no style of play/tactics/transfers/player use/personality questions. Also, I didn't see any option to endorse players. I can declare interest of them, but I can't criticize the use of them or mention that their team is underachieving/not suited for them. Communication with the press/players/staff generally feels degenerated in this game. I hope it will be different when the full game is released.
 
Every time you try hire staff as an Italian club, the game crashes. Just checked on SI and it is a known bug.

Incredibly frustrating.
 
Just loaded my dover save and the game shut down other one i had in game playing a match and 60 minutes in the game shuts down to windows hope this wont be on full game

I don't know if it's a bug, but can someone please help me?

Playing in FMC, in the first seasons I could see what my players got better on or worse on. I mean the attributes. Now it's suddenly disappeared, so I can't see how my players are progressing. Is that any thing I can do to get it back?
 
I don't know if this is a bug, but seems like one to me.. there doesn't seem to be any consistency of form for my team. I am playing as Spurs and we can beat Man Utd one week, and get spanked by Hull the next, or beat Chelsea who are 1st in the league and with the same team, with the same morale and fitness etc, get beaten by a league 1 team in the cup... I don't think it's just me being a bad loser :)

it just seems a little odd that I have played for a couple of seasons and never seem to have a run of form, either bad or good... results seem a bit random..

anyone else had this?

Are you sure it isn't your tactics? I had something similar to this where I was tying the likes of Stoke,Palace and Hull but beating Dortmund and Atletico Madrid. All I had to do afterwards was tweak my tactics a bit.
 
I'm normally a tactical master at this game if I say so myself 8-| but I've now played four different saves with Liverpool and been sacked everytime after suddenly, out of nowhere going on a crazy run of terrible results against weak teams, which includes Capital One defeats against League One and League Two teams, with one League One team beating me 3-0. I've tried to do things differently but nothing works.
 
Sounds like your team is getting complacent to me. Or your tactic is suited to playing against a certain style, probably a high line as worse teams tend to play deeper. Either way, I don't think it's a bug.
 
Again, not sure if it's a bug, but how do you save different lineups? In FM13 you would just click on the pitch in the tactics tab and the option was there. Right clicking on the pitch in FM14 doesn't seem to work...
 
I'm changing my tactics. Nothing works.

Also my scouts always seem to scout Scotland, which quite frankly is a waste of the club's money. However even when they're scouting Scotland, they come back with results from other countries. Quite strange.

I also had a 1-1 draw with City but on the result screen and league table it showed 2-1 to City, which wasn't a problem as it was correct everywhere else but still my window nearly had a laptop shaped hole in it.

I'm happy with the game overall and I'm back to my wife crying her eyes out and shouting at me, so it must be good enough.
 
I might have found a bug. It's been happening a lot, but when I have a corner, or my players break down the wings and put a cross in, and it's headed out, my players will let the ball run out for a throw in, when it would be better to just keep the ball in and cross again.
